Bisquick Chicken Enchilada Bake

This Bisquick recipe comes together so quickly and uses a lot of common ingredients! Your family will love it!

This makes about 6 servings.

Notes for this recipe - I used red enchilada sauce and it turned out great! I also used cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick mix

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 (10 oz) can mild green chile enchilada sauce

  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning

  • 2 cups diced, cooked chicken

  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese, divided use
