Cajun Cabbage Jambalaya

This Cajun Cabbage Jambalaya is so easy to make and packs a lot of great flavors in one dish!

We love a good jambalaya and this one did not disappoint!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound pork sausage

  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage cut into rounds

  • 1 medium onion chopped

  • 1 medium green pepper cut up

  • 2 celery stalked chopped

  • 1 clove garlic chopped

  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes

  • 1 14.5 ounce can chicken broth

  • 2 to 3 cups chopped cabbage

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1/2 cup long grain rice or rice of your choice
