Crockpot Jalapeno Popper Dip

This is a fun dip that you can make spicy or you can totally tone it down, too!

This recipe makes about 8-10 servings and only takes 2 hours in the slow cooker!!

Notes for this recipe - Leave the jalapeno seeds in for more spice.

Ingredients

  • 3 (15 OZ) cans fire-roasted corn, drained

  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced (you can leave the seeds in if you love spice)

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 8 oz block cream cheese, cubed

  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • sliced green onions, for garnish
