Crockpot Jalapeno Popper Dip
This is a fun dip that you can make spicy or you can totally tone it down, too!
This recipe makes about 8-10 servings and only takes 2 hours in the slow cooker!!
Notes for this recipe - Leave the jalapeno seeds in for more spice.

Ingredients
3 (15 OZ) cans fire-roasted corn, drained
2 jalapeños, seeded and diced (you can leave the seeds in if you love spice)
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz block cream cheese, cubed
½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
sliced green onions, for garnish
