Double Chocolate Muffins

These are not only double chocolate but can double as a breakfast or dessert! Steven calls them brownie muffins. :)

This makes about 12-18 servings.

Notes for this recipe - I used half the amount of chocolate chips and replaced the other half with peanut butter chips. So good that way!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¾ cup milk, whisked

  • ¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
