Hot Italian Sub Sliders

Steven and Cole LOVE a restaurant called Firehouse Subs. They really love the Italian and they love that it’s a hot sandwich. I wanted to recreate something similar in slider form. This was perfect!

This makes about 6 servings.

Here’s how to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  • Cut rolls in half and remove tops and set aside.

  • Melt butter and add Italian seasoning or Mr. Sticks to taste, also add dijon mustard. Stir to combine.

  • Brush 1/3 of butter mixture on bottom half of rolls.

  • Layer meats and then top with cheese and any other toppings (peppers, etc)

  • Place top half of rolls back on top and brush with remaining butter mixture.
