Mandy’s Deviled Eggs

I prefer my deviled eggs to be smooth, creamy and tart! This is the recipe I make every single time and my extended family requests it every holiday!

This makes about 6 servings.

NOTES Just keep tasting the mixture and add more of whatever you prefer!

These deviled eggs are GO-BACKERS! You just can’t stop eating them!

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs

  • 2 heaping Tbsp mayo

  • 1/2 tsp mustard

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • paprika, sprinkled over top at the end

Here’s how to make it

  • Boil eggs and allow to cool. (I use the 5-5-5 Instant Pot method)

  • Cut eggs in half and remove yolks into a med. size bowl.

  • Mash yolks and add all other ingredients (except paprika) and mix well.

  • Put mixture into a Ziploc bag, seal and cut off one bottom corner of the bag.

  • Pipe into empty egg white halves and season with paprika.
