Smoked Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole

 
 

A casserole that has so much depth of flavor! You’ll want to make this one for guests!

We’ve found a new favorite casserole in our house!

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken with herbs soup

  • 8 oz sour cream

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded smoked cheddar cheese

  • 1 (20 oz) package frozen diced hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers, thawed

  • 1 lb smoked or roasted chicken cut into strips (I use a whole rotisserie chicken)

  • 1 cup crushed croutons 

  • 1 TBSP butter, melted


Here’s how to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 9x13 dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine soup, cheese and sour cream. Add in chicken and potatoes. Transfer to pan. 

  • Mix croutons and butter and sprinkle on top of casserole

  • Bake 40-50 mins until heated through
