TOUCHDOWN TATERS
I saw a version of these on YouTube shorts and I decided to put my own little twist on them. They turned out great and now I’m thinking of all the different ways I could use the hashbrown rectangles!
This makes about 4 servings. But feel free to make them for a crowd!
NOTES Using the air fryer will likely make these crispier and help them be a sturdier base for the toppings. Next time I make them, I’m using the air fryer!

These hashbrowns topped with pulled pork, cheese and other toppings stole our hearts!
Ingredients
1 bag frozen hashbrown rectangles (I only used 6 of them from the bag)
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 refrigerated package of Jack Daniel’s Pulled Pork (or make your own pulled pork)
2 Tbsp of your favorite BBQ sauce (more if your pulled pork isn’t already saucy)
1-2 tsp BBQ rub seasoning
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 red onion, finely diced
3 Tbsp bacon pieces
Here’s how to make it
Preheat your oven to 400 F. Place hashbrowns on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with a light layer of cheese, top that with pulled pork and finish with the remaining cheese.
Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Once removed, top with your choice of toppings. (Mine are all above). Serve and enjoy!
