Baked Tortellini

Sometimes we need an alternative to spaghetti night in our house. This just won our hearts over and we can’t wait to have it again!

This makes about 8 servings.

Notes: You use Italian sausage in place of the ground beef for even more flavor! I also used 8 oz of mascarpone cheese in place of cream cheese.

Baked Tortellini will make your whole family ask for this instead of spaghetti night! It’s THAT good!

Ingredients

  • 1 (20oz) container of refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 (24oz) jar of pasta sauce

  • 8 (ounces) cream cheese (cubed)

  • 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan

  • seasoning to taste
