Best Pork Chops Ever

 
 

A simple recipe for the Crockpot that is so flavorful. These pork chops are cooked in an amazing gravy that you’ll want to pour over everything!

This recipe makes about 4 servings.

Notes for this recipe - I used all boneless pork chops, the original recipe calls for bone-in.

Pork chops slow cooked in a gravy all day just screams comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 bone in pork chops

  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup

  • 1 package beefy onion soup mix

  • 1 package pork flavored gravy

  • 1 and 1/2 cans of water

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper (or grind a bit in the mix)

Here’s how to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker  (not Chops)

  • Brown chops in a skillet add a bit of water at the end to deglaze the pan add chops and deglazed liquid to your slow cooker

  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours

  • Serve over mashed potatoes

  • *Also if gravy is thin at the end add a corn starch slurry
