Crockpot Creamy Chicken Stew

This recipe reminds me of a chicken pot pie, but without the crust. We served it over biscuits and it was perfect!

This recipe makes about 4-6 servings and only takes about 10 minutes to prep!! It will be waiting on you when you get home!

Crockpot Creamy Chicken Stew is similar to a Chicken Pot Pie and so tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces

  • 2.5 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt/Pepper

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 large red potatoes, sliced

  • 2 large carrots, sliced

  • ½ cup celery, diced

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup whole milk, don't substitute low-fat

  • 1 cup sour cream, at room temp

  • 3 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
