Quick Pesto Pasta Chicken Bake
I love a great pasta bake, especially one that uses just a few ingredients and comes together in just a few minutes.
This makes about 6 servings.
NOTES Keep an eye on this in the oven and take it out right when all the cheese has melted.

One of the quickest way to do a pasta bake is to use rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients
8 oz bowtie pasta (or whatever pasta you choose)
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 small jar of pesto
1-2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
Here’s how to make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Boil pasta according to package directions. (You want it al dente.) Drain, and pour into greased 8x8 casserole dish.
Add chicken, pesto and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
Top with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered for 15-20 minutes at 350.
Serve and enjoy!
