Pizza Pasta Bake

I’ve made pizza casserole before, but we all agreed this was the best one!

This makes about 6 servings.

NOTES You can add whatever toppings you like to this pasta - make it like you like your pizza!

For when you are craving pizza, but all you’ve got on hand is pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta

  • 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce

  • 3 oz mini pepperoni

  • ½ cup diced ham

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color is fine)

  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained

  • handful cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ carton fresh sliced mushrooms

  • ¾ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ cup shredded 5 Italian cheese blend

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Here’s how to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Boil pasta to al dente, drain and add to greased 8x8 casserole dish.

  • Mix with all the toppings, pizza sauce, seasonings and the Italian cheese blend.

  • Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 375 for 15 minutes, uncovered.

  • Serve and enjoy!
